Peace, Stabilisation, and Armed Conflicts

With the increasing momentum of peacekeeping and stabilization efforts in Somalia, there is a need for having qualified experts who are able to provide firsthand experience. There are numerous peacebuilding, stabilization as well as conflict resolution activities in the country that require guidance. SIDS possess a reliable pool of experts in this field who are capable of delivering any assigned consultancy. This theme is one of the highly prioritised areas for the institute as it contributes to one of its key objectives which is “enabling stable societies“.
